Modernisation of 1890's home, untouched for several years and extension

The house was purchased and in need of complete modernisation. With the clients having a growing family on the way, more space and a better layout was required. Rooted were enlisted to modernise the space, and include the creation of two bathrooms within the property, and opening up of the back of the house to give a large open plan space.
